Protecting Outdoor Gear & Using NFC for Lights

Hey everyone! I hope you’re all having a great week. I wanted to share a couple of tips that might be helpful for others in the community.

First, I came across a really useful tip for protecting outdoor Govee gear. I’ve had a few of my mounted products start to fall down, so I decided to try a quick fix. I used some weatherproof adhesive and added a bit of extra support to the mounts. It’s been working great so far! If anyone has similar issues, I’d recommend giving this a try.

Second, I’ve been experimenting with using a single NFC tag to toggle my lights on and off. It’s been a fun project, and I’ve managed to set it up so that tapping the tag once turns the lights on and tapping it again turns them off. It’s a simple yet effective solution for hands-free lighting control.

If anyone has any other tips or tricks they’d like to share, I’d love to hear them! Let’s keep the community growing with helpful ideas and experiences.
