Hallo, ich bin neuer User. Meine Frage : wie kann ich die alten Protokolle in der Aqara-Home löschen? Danke für die Antworten

Hello, welcome to the forum. The event log is stored only in the cloud. The storage period is two weeks, you cannot simply delete the history.

Danke erstmal für die schnelle Antwort. In meiner Aqara Home App (Protokoll des Türschloßes)habe ich unter Ereignisse etc. Protokolle, die bis zum November 2025 also mehr als zwei Monate zurückreichen!

I think the locks, due to security reasons, don’t store the logs in the cloud. Especially the U200 or Thread locks, which don’t require the Aqara app - they also don’t require the Aqara cloud, and they store all data locally. But unfortunately I don’t know how to clear the logs.
