Hi. I now own 2 u400. I would like to get a spare battery, that I could keep on stanby ready to swap when needed. How/where can I order this?

I am in the same situation. 2x 400, would like a standby replacement battery

I’d also love to buy one. Not simply for an easier charging swap, but for longevity purposes when the battery health eventually degrades.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The Aqara rechargeable Li-ion battery is not available for purchase at the moment. However, we’ve received your request and have shared it with our internal team for review. Thank you for your understanding.

5 months later and still a spare battery option isn’t available? Unless I’m missing something. Doesn’t instill confidence.
I just bought this for my business and need it to work 24/7, and it’s not very elegant or customer friendly to have a battery pack dangling from the door handle and a wire running to the lock :-/
So surprised and frustrated by this. Please escalate this and start selling spare batteries, thanks!
