This is the same category of issue reported here: Quick dual-control no available devices
On my Aqara Z1 Pro 4-button switch, Quick Dual Control setup no longer lists any other 4-button Z1 Pro switches as available targets — only 2-button and single-button switches appear. This was working previously: I have existing Quick Dual Control pairings already configured between two 4-button Z1 Pro switches, and those still function correctly. The issue is specifically with setting up new 4-button-to-4-button pairings.
Notably, when I start Quick Dual Control from a 2-button Z1 Pro switch, all my 4-button switches appear fine as available targets. The problem only occurs when the source device is a 4-button switch looking for another 4-button switch.
Additional details:
- Switches: Aqara Z1 Pro, 4-button/Quadruple Rocker (all with neutral wire), firmware 0.0.0_0040
- Hub: Aqara Hub M3, firmware 4.5.60_0017
- Aqara Home App version (iOS): 6.3.5
- Approximate onset: April 2026

@nael_amin You seem to be experiencing an issue where Quick Dual Control on a Z1 Pro 4-button switch doesn’t show other 4-button Z1 Pro switches as available targets, even though existing 4-to-4 bindings still work and the 2-button switch can “see” the 4-button ones.
Since the reference info we have only explains what Quick Dual Control is (key-position binding + indicator status sync) but doesn’t cover this specific “device list/filtering” behavior or any known regression/workaround, the best next step is to get Aqara Support to check your app/hub/switch firmware compatibility + logs for the April 2026 onset and the “4-button as source” constraint. Quick Dual Control is designed to bind specified key positions between Aqara switches in the Aqara Home app, so your description does sound like a discovery/UI filtering bug rather than a wiring issue.

Also, when you submit the ticket, include:
- A short screen recording of Quick Dual Control device list from 4-button source vs 2-button source
- Your hub/switch firmware versions + app version (you already have these—perfect)
- Whether the 4-button bottom key is configured as wireless / any custom key bindings (sometimes helps Support narrow down edge cases)
