How do we record events when we are not home?
@rand58 To record events when you’re not at home, you can utilize the Aqara HomeGuard service, which offers both event and automated recordings stored in the cloud. Here’s how it works:

Event Recording: Once your Aqara camera is connected to the Aqara Home App and has a stable network connection, it will automatically start recording if it detects any anomalies in the monitoring scene, such as motion detection or AI events like people passing by or pet detection.

Automated Recording: You can set up automation via the Aqara Home App. For example, if an Aqara Door and Window Sensor is triggered, it can automatically start the camera recording.
Both types of recordings are encrypted and uploaded to the Aqara camera cloud storage, allowing you to view and download them anytime through the Aqara Home App. This ensures you can monitor and keep track of events even when you’re away from home.
