Hi all, I’ve been really frustrated with my Reolink doorbell camera lately. It works perfectly when I’m at home on the same network, but as soon as I switch to cellular data or another Wi-Fi network, it only connects about 10% of the time. The connection just fails, and I get a frustrating ‘connection failed’ message. I’ve tried everything—turning UID on, checking the router placement, and even searching the forums for solutions. It’s really annoying because I get push notifications when someone is at the door, but when I open the app, it rarely loads to show what’s happening. The playback feature also doesn’t work unless I’m connected. I’ve heard great things about Reolink, so this is really disappointing. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
