Have a standard 2-wire 24VAC analogue thermostat in my garage connected to a gas heater.
No other wires are pre-ran and fishing would be a nightmare.
Does the Aqara C-Wire Adapter work like Nest’s where you simply wire in the adapter to the gas furnace and can then use the 2-wires already ran? If I have to run another wire I need to come up with another solution. And on that note, if this isn’t possible, can someone please link to a wall plug-in C-wire adapter in Canada that works with the W200?

My two options are going to be either to run a c wire or to pick up a 24VAC transformer that plugs into wall nearby. I will have to weight pros and cons of both. Thank you
