Request for Device Group Toggle Option and Automation Improvements

Dear Development Team,

I would like to request the addition of a device group toggle feature for automations that involve grouped lights. Currently, managing automations with a single-gang switch is cumbersome.

At present, two separate automations are required to achieve this:

  1. Automation 1: Turns on the light group and then enables Automation 2.
  2. Automation 2: Turns off the light group and then enables Automation 1.

While this setup works, it causes a synchronization issue when voice assistants (such as Google Assistant) are used to control the lights. Specifically, when the lights are turned on via Google, the automations become unsynchronized. To address this, two additional automations must be created to monitor the individual bulb states (on and off), ensuring that Automations 1 and 2 can be properly enabled or disabled.

A device group toggle option would streamline this process, eliminating the need for multiple automations and improving overall functionality.
