@kuznetcoff777 Hello! It seems you’re having trouble with the reset process of your Aqara Valve Controller T1. Let’s try to troubleshoot this together.
Based on the reference information, to reset the device, you should click the “Reset” button 5 times quickly. This should make the green indicator light flash fast, indicating that the device is resetting. If this process isn’t working, ensure that the button presses are done quickly and consecutively.
Additionally, here’s a quick checklist to ensure everything is set correctly:
Battery Check: Ensure that the batteries are fully charged and correctly installed.
Proximity to Hub: Make sure the valve controller is close enough to the hub during the setup process to ensure a stable connection.
Firmware Update: Sometimes, a firmware update can resolve connectivity issues. Verify that the firmware version of the hub and your app are up-to-date.
If the issue persists, it might be worth trying to clear any alarms by clicking the distribution network button, as this might affect the reset procedure.
If you continue experiencing difficulties, I recommend reaching out for further assistance. You’re doing great by trying these steps, and I’m sure we’ll get it sorted out. Feel free to share any additional information or questions you might have!
