Retracting latch is not working after firmware 80

Hi. Lately I updated my U200 firmaware to version 80. And the latch retract function stopped working. Actually it starts retracting but seems like cannot retract the whole latch. I’ve tried recalibrating,resetting, deleting from the app and readding. No luck. Do you have any solutions?

When can we finally expect the new firmware that will address these issues? I’ve even dismantled my lock out of sheer frustration—what a waste of money!
