Hello everyone, I’m currently exploring the functionality of the HMW-LC-Bl1-DR Rolladenaktor and have encountered an interesting behavior regarding its LED indicators. The device features two LEDs and two buttons. When I manually operate the roller shutter directly at the device, the upper LED lights up when opening and the lower LED when closing. However, when using the wall switches or the virtual buttons in the web interface, only the upper LED illuminates regardless of the direction.
I’m curious if this behavior is intended or if there might be a setting I’ve overlooked. My goal is to ensure accurate status monitoring, especially since I’ve recently integrated the eInk status display, HM-Dis-EP-WM55. This display is supposed to show whether all roller shutters are closed or if any are open. I’ve set up two status variables: one to check if any shutter is open and another to display the status on the eInk screen. However, the check variable consistently shows ‘open’ even when all shutters are closed.
Could the LED behavior on the Rolladenaktor be contributing to this issue? I’m eager to understand if there’s a configuration adjustment or a workaround to ensure the LEDs accurately reflect the shutter status and, in turn, provide correct information to the eInk display. Any insights or experiences you’ve had with similar setups would be greatly appreciated!
