Running around in circles have just purchased a Aqura U600 and a Aqura M3 to mate up with my Apple iPhone HOME to unlock the door using the iPhone finding it not easy.Is there an easy way as i am hit brick wall

Just purchased an Aqura U600 and then an Aqura M3 to use with my Apple Home app.
Been trying for hours just going around in circles; to be honest, setting up is not easy.

Please tell me how this can be done

Hi, welcome to the forum. At which step did you get stuck???

I do not use Apple home but my advice would be to Setup M3 but do not connect it to Apple Home, install any updates and make sure it’s fully up to date.

Next setup ythe U600 and connect it to the M3’s thread network and then share out from there.

I’m sure someone with a full apple setup will correct me as I’m not an apple user.

Yes, welcome to the forum. I have an Apple home in the US with the U400 lock. Like @gafich10 asked, can you provide more information?
