I am installing S100 switches in my house and spending 5-10 mins to do the electrical wiring and patching the drywall and additional 2 hours to set up one switch on Aqara App. Matter hub (M3) is next to it, same LAN, my phone is very close to the switch, but it still drops connection and after multiple network resets and factory resets it finally works then when I install the next switch - all previous switches loose their network connection. Am I doing something wrong? Is this happening to other people too? I just stopped installing the rest of the switches to return but wanted to check and make sure that I am not missing anything. Thank you
This device requires a Matter Controller Leader, which must be running version 4.5.40 or higher. If the update still doesn’t work, please provide screenshots and videos of the failure so we can investigate the issue.
