Hello everyone, I’m reaching out for some guidance regarding an issue with my Schneider Modicon Premium TSX P57203 controller. I’ve been using this controller for a while now, and it’s been functioning well until recently.
Suddenly, the CPU entered error mode, and I noticed the ERR and TER LEDs were lit up. I tried switching the power supply module, but the issue persisted, with the ERR and I/O LEDs now illuminated. I’ve attempted to reset the PLC, but unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved.
I’m unable to connect to the PLC or download any programs, which is quite concerning. I’m worried this might be a hardware issue, but I’m not entirely sure. I would greatly appreciate any advice or troubleshooting steps you might suggest.
Additionally, I submitted a warranty support request, but since I purchased the hub from an unofficial reseller, I’m uncertain about the support process. Any insights or recommendations would be invaluable.
