SD card showing incorrectly G4 doorbell

I did try searching but couldn’t find a definitive answer. I have a G4 doorbell which has worked reliably since installing a couple of years ago. I recently changed it from using batteries to being powered and also setup to write the recordings to my NAS. This is when I noticed an issue with the SD card. Instead of showing the 64gb it shows 138mb. It records fine to the NAS and to Apple secure video but no longer records within the app.

My question is if using a NAS is this how it’s meant to be or is there an issue with the chime? I’ve tried a couple of brand new genuine cards and it’s no different so is an issue but not sure if it’s designed that way.
