As someone who was diagnosed with autism later in life, I’ve found that LED lighting can be quite challenging for me, especially during the early morning and late evening hours. The brightness often triggers debilitating migraines, which has made the transition from incandescent and halogen bulbs to LEDs quite difficult. Despite these challenges, I’ve managed to replace all but two bulbs in my apartment with Edison-style LEDs, which have been more tolerable. However, the two remaining bulbs in my bedside lamp and laptop desk light are still problematic. I’m hopeful that the adjustable color and brightness features of the bulbs I recently ordered will provide the relief I need.
I’d greatly appreciate any advice or experiences others might have in managing LED lighting sensitivity. Your insights could make a significant difference! Thank you in advance for your support.
