Hello fellow HA enthusiasts, I’m reaching out to seek some guidance on a project I’m working on with my Sonos speakers. I’ve been trying to set up an automation that stops the music when I leave the house, and I added a push notification to test the automation. The setup seems straightforward, but I’m encountering a snag where the push notification keeps firing even when the Sonos isn’t playing. It’s a bit perplexing, and I’d love to hear if anyone else has faced a similar issue or has some insights on how to refine the conditions to make it work seamlessly. Here’s a bit more about my setup and the flow I’ve created. I’m using a trigger based on device_tracker and a condition to check if the Sonos is actively playing. The actions include stopping the media and sending a notification. The main challenge is ensuring that the notification only goes out when the automation actually does something, rather than every time I leave the house. I’m also curious if there are more efficient ways to structure this automation or if there are best practices for handling such scenarios. Any tips or experiences you’ve had would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help and insights. ![]()
