I’ve been using the Aeotec MultiSensor 6 with SmartThings for a while now, but I’m really not satisfied with its reliability. Sometimes it turns on immediately when I enter the room, but other times I have to stand in the middle of the room for a few seconds before it kicks in. It’s pretty frustrating, especially when I’m trying to create a seamless automation experience.
That’s why I’m curious about the GE Z-Wave Plus Smart Lighting Control Motion Sensor Dimmer Switch. I’ve heard great things about its sensitivity and responsiveness, but I want to make sure it won’t have the same issues as my current setup. I’ve used a generic motion light switch in the past that turned on instantly every single time, and I’m really hoping this GE sensor can match that level of performance.
