I’m reaching out for some assistance with my Govee outdoor lights. I’ve recently set them up and programmed the timer, but it’s not functioning as expected. The lights only stay on for six hours, regardless of the timer settings. I’ve followed the setup instructions carefully, but I can’t seem to resolve this issue. Any advice or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated! 
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- Checked the timer settings multiple times.
- Ensured the lights are properly connected.
- Reset the device to factory settings.
