I’ve recently moved into a new home and decided to give my old Zigbee hub another shot after a long hiatus. Previously, I used it for a DIY smart garage door opener, but it eventually stopped working, leaving me frustrated. Now, I’m attempting to perform a factory reset, but I’m running into some issues. When I try a soft reset, it throws an ‘Unknown Error.’ A full reset via the command line results in the LED turning red, and upon rebooting, it doesn’t seem to have reset properly. Additionally, there’s a notification stating that the Zigbee network is not online, and it can’t find factory reset Zigbee devices.
I’m really hoping to get this working again, as I’ve heard great things about Zigbee’s reliability and mesh networking capabilities. If anyone has encountered similar issues or has tips on how to fully reset the hub or troubleshoot the network connectivity, I’d greatly appreciate your insights!
