Hi everyone, I’m currently on a quest to find the best way to monitor my energy and water consumption. I’ve got a 1990s Instromet gas meter and a digital non-P1 electricity meter, which are a bit outdated compared to today’s smart devices. I’d love to integrate everything into one system that works seamlessly with my Homey Pro 2023.
I’ve done some research and found a lot of options out there, but I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed. I’d prefer to stick with one brand or gateway that can handle gas, water, and electricity monitoring all in one place. Does anyone have experience with similar setups? I’m especially interested in hearing about devices that have worked well for others in this situation.
I’ve come across a few potential solutions, like smart plugs and energy monitors, but I’m not sure which ones are compatible with older meters. If anyone has tips or recommendations, I’d be incredibly grateful! Let’s see if we can crack this together.
