Greetings, fellow smart home enthusiasts! I’m reaching out to you all in the hopes of finding a solution to an issue I’ve been grappling with regarding my Nuki smart lock and IFTTT integration. I’ve been using Nuki alongside IFTTT for over a year now, and it’s been a seamless experience—until recently.
The Setup: I’ve got a Nuki Smart Lock paired with the Nuki Bridge, all linked through the Nuki Web Account and integrated with my IFTTT account. The issue began unexpectedly, with no prior changes to my setup. My IFTTT applets, which were triggered by locking and unlocking the Nuki, suddenly stopped working unless I manually force-run them.
Troubleshooting Efforts: I’ve tried a myriad of solutions—resetting the lock and bridge, updating credentials, even creating a new IFTTT account to rule out any account-specific issues. Despite these efforts, the problem persists. The most perplexing part is that all other connected devices function perfectly, isolating the issue to the Nuki integration.
Community Insight Request: Has anyone else encountered similar issues? I’m curious if there’s a known workaround or if this might be a broader compatibility issue. Any insights or suggestions would be invaluable as I continue to troubleshoot this.
Thank you all in advance for your time and assistance. Let’s keep the smart home community thriving with shared knowledge and solutions!
