Server issues? Or something else?

Lots of service drops in like the last month especially. Camera is on WiFi and doesn’t lose WiFi . But service keeps dropping.

Anyone else?

Hi, wie that’s definitely not so a great experience! Maybe it’s a connection problem? Did you unplugged everything from router, hub and wired smarthome stuff? Then wait a little and plug back everything- start with router then hubs …

No. It goes back to normal after like a day… and then a few weeks later it acts up again… if I just ignore it then it goes back to normal. Right now it’s fine

It’s definitely something on the server end.

Because I’ve tried troubleshooting it while it’s happening, and restarting the device and restarting my Wi-Fi doesn’t fix it… but if I just wait till the next day then it’s fine…. But it seems to happen like once a month or so for the past couple months
