Setting up IR remote

Hi all. Im trying to setup my IR remote control to Camera G3 and m3 hub, not of these hub are able to learn my remote control setup.

M3 successfully recognize my aircon remote tho.

Fyi, Im trying to setup some local fan brand, i dont see my brand in the the app list dueing setup. Any advise?

Hello, welcome to the forum. I recommend that you teach the M3 IR gateway to your remote control signals.

Thanks for your comment. What do u mean by teach?

There is a function to add manually, press your remote and assign a command to the M3.

My m3 hub is able to control IR from another roĂ´m :rofl:, how can solve it.

Hi, yes, place the mirror as a repeater, that’s how it works for me🤣

This is what I tried actually, using customize and non template option. But it just won’t recognize

Hello, when you push your remote control in the direction of M3, what happens? Describe how you “teach” M3?

Its okay. I found out why now, because my FAN remote is on RF not IR.

Need to find a solution that support RF :frowning:

Actually i dont want it, the other fan is totally blocked , the M3 hub quite power full
