Shelly Web Interface Issues and Solutions

Hi everyone, I’ve been experiencing some trouble with accessing the web interfaces of my Shelly devices lately. Despite the Shelly app working perfectly, pings to their IP addresses result in ‘unreachable’ messages. This has been going on for several days, which is quite puzzling since the devices themselves function flawlessly through the app.

I decided to try a manual reset via the app, which involved multiple reboots. Interestingly, some Shelly units required several attempts before the ping command started receiving responses again. Each reboot took about 2 seconds, and I waited 10 seconds between each attempt. The IPs are assigned statically via DHCP reservation from my Fritzbox, so that shouldn’t be the issue.

I’m curious if anyone else has encountered this phenomenon. I’m using Shelly 2.5 units with firmware version 1.9.4. Has anyone found a solution or workaround for this? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
