As an Aqara customer and the owner of several dozen products, I am very disappointed with how all of this has been organized. If I am not mistaken, the rules regarding the allocation of a slot for the FP300 were changed during the course of the program. I am convinced that initially there was a statement about the first one hundred people who posted a comment and had 50 points by August 22. If I am wrong, please correct me. Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot because I did not expect such a reputable company to start editing the rules. Additionally, there was a statement that if more than 100 people applied, they would try to distribute an additional pool of codes. Now I see that the rules have changed, and the information is about 100 random people, with no mention of additional codes.
I posted my comment as one of the first participants, and for reasons unknown to me, it was blocked by moderation for over two hours. Surely the moderators can verify this in the logs. Taking this into account, I believe I should receive my code.

If you didn’t win there always the FP1 & FP2 Presence sensors out that work much better than regular motion sensors with the FP2 obviously being the better of the 2 depending on your needs you may be able to get away with the cheaper FP1 .

why do I need 50 points? if the product works flawlessly, and most aqara products do, then I don’t need the forum.
this is a huge disadvantage compared to those who don’t even know about this point system.

That’s because they need people that are active, interacting with other users in the forum, and because many of us, as users, have extensive knowledge about various issues and work arounds and can help other users.
50 points is earned quickly, and with the points system they will also make a store where we can use the points and in that way trying to make this a dynamic forum.

Has anyone’s (whoever was picked for product testing) FP300 been shipped yet? Mine was not and I’m wondering whether Im just further on the list or missed out by any chance.
