The forum is not just about fixing hardware/software issues. Yes, obviously this will happen with any product, but it’s mostly about sharing best practices. The point system allows Aqara to quantify their most enthusiastic and active supporters. This should help them prioritize input about their products and focus their resources. I hope this helps you better understand the merits of the points system.
