I just received my fp300 and it is tiny and has zero wires, it’s very discreet

Got mine, just now, did you get yours yet ?

I got my fp300 presence sensor just now I’m just waiting for my M100 hub compatible with zigbee 3.0 devices because I had the OG M1 hub which is a earlier version of zigbee protocol, it should be here tomorrow can’t wait to test out this device it is so tiny :tada::confetti_ball:

Haha, mine keeps passing over my head in the skies on different air plains. It started out 700 miles to the East of me, then flew 2000+ miles to the West of me and now shows in Los Angles,CA on the ground.

All they had to do was throw the darn thing out the window as they flew over my area. I could have located it via GPS. :package:

I will be able to buy one off Amazon and get it delivered before mine ever arrives.

It’s tiny and packaged very well that might have worked luckily I watched mine go from New York to Boston in a matter of days, hopefully you end up getting yours sooner than later

Have you received yours yet, they started shipping them already, I got mine about an hour ago but I got to wait for my M100 hub to try it out I have the original M1 hub that’s not compatible with zigbee 3.0 devices just my luck.
From what I can tell and if it’s all the same I believe they’re coming from New York I live in Boston so I got mine in a couple days

Figures :smirk:
Mine started in NY, again not sure if each one comes from the same place but hopefully it’s arrives soon. :crossed_fingers:t3:
Best of luck :four_leaf_clover:

Not sure why I can’t post pictures but here’s a look at the fp300 Presence sensor.

Can’t wait to get my hands on one to replace my old IR motion sensor. Fed up of my hall going dark when I’m still in it.

Received my FP300 earlier today, and it’s a lot smaller than I was expecting. Especially if I compare it to my Lafaer LWR01 presence sensors.

It flawlessly connects to my Homey Pro using Matter over Thread, haven’t tried Zigbee yet. I’ve set it up in the kitchen next to my Lafaer sensor and the Aqara sensor is faster in detecting presence every single time, by at least a full second.

Depending on the final retail price this would be my goto sensor for every room in the house.

Also got mine, thread works nicely. However I’ve been unable to switch to zigbee. Will try again and report

@AqaraBot what are the extra features when working with zigbee for the the Fp300?

@P4ck0 Great question! When you use the FP300 Presence Multi-Sensor in Zigbee mode, you unlock several Aqara Home exclusive features that aren’t available when using it via Thread/Matter. Here are the main extra features you get with Zigbee:

  • Rich custom settings in the Aqara Home app, allowing both beginners and advanced users to quickly get started and tailor the device to their needs.
  • The ability to freely enable or disable different sensors, so you can choose exactly which sensors you want active for your specific use case.
  • Adjustable key parameters such as sensing range and delay duration, letting you fine-tune how the sensor behaves in your environment or automation scenarios.
  • Access to more advanced and complex automations through the Aqara ecosystem.

These customizations help the FP300 better fit into your living environment, making automations more powerful and personalized when connected via Zigbee and the Aqara Home app.

If you explore and find additional features or have suggestions for improvement, feel free to share them here in the forum or submit feedback via customer service. Happy automating!

I love how small and discreet it is I’m waiting for my M100 hub to arrive today so I can hook mine up I have the old M1 hub which doesn’t support zigbee 3.0 devices the M100 has thread & matter as well so I should be covered can’t wait to try mine out.
Good luck with your testing.

Have you tried the Aqara FP1 or the FP2 P.Sensors which are currently available and MUCH better than a regular motion sensor.
If you don’t want to wait for the FP300

Would be looking for the battery version so will wait for the FP300 :grinning:

I received mine today. Since I don’t have an Aqara hub, I added it to Apple Home. I was hoping I could have it show up in the Aqara app like the FP2 does, but I couldn’t figure out how to do that without a hub.
