Should I get the current doorbell…?

I’m wondering if anyone would recommend waiting for the new doorbell or just getting the G4? I’m torn. I’m ready to retire my Logitech Circle. It’s been so good, but I’m loving Aqara. I ordered a white one out of china but cancelled the order because I heard about the new doorbell.

Does anyone know when it’s releasing?

Hello, definitely wait for the new one if there is a possibility to postpone it. Advantage, waterproof and other points

I switched from the Eufy wired doorbell to the Aqara and couldn’t be happier with it! I highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed.

The G410 is a pretty good camera with plenty of features like mm wave.ive had mine for about 4 months now and I can’t complain

The new Aqara doorbell is definitely worth it. I’m very impressed with mine. And the alerts are so much faster than some of the other doorbells out there without a subscription.

i’m coming from the nest door camera and even being restricted to 1080p through the homekit app and using my icloud it’s a way better photo from every aspect, wider viewing range. i did have issues of it saying to low of temp and at one point wouldn’t generate a image anymore but it was -15 temp with real feel -42, otherwise it would say temp to low but if i went to live feed it still would show image at -5 and warmer

By the way, a warning, the new camera does not have batteries, only external ones.

Go for it, I have it since 2 years and it’s working perfectly, also very resistant to cold weather

Hello, I’m talking about a camera that is not currently available for sale.

I’ve had the G410 since launch and I have to say I am very happy with it. My previous doorbell didn’t weather too well in the hot sunlight however, the G410 so far is doing much better. The look of the G410 combined with the new U400 door lock together makes for a very modern and sleek look.

Presumably, the G410 will be more compatible with HomeKit once Apple supports the current Matter standard, which I understand is 1.5.
