I have a U400 that is bound to an apple homepod and then to home assistant. All of that works as expected.
I have been doing configuration of the U400 with the Aqara App via bluetooth, but then decided to spring for a M100 hub be able to configure the lock without standing within bluetooth range.
I added the M100 as a bridge to existing ecosystems. Everything seemed to set up and join properly, and I can use the Aqara app to lock/unlock the U400, but the configuration options are still only available when connected via bluetooth. If connected over wifi to the hub, if i try to select any configuration it says “bluetooth not connected”.
Did I miss some fine print somewhere? Even with the M100 does configuration need to be done with the bluetooth connection? or did I miss a setting somewhere?

Thanks for your feedback!Even with the M100 Hub, lock configuration and settings still require a Bluetooth connection at the moment, and this won’t be changeable in the short term.
Our team will migrate these settings to a Matter-based setup in furture .We really appreciate your support and understanding!
