Bonjour,
Merci
If you use Apple Home, then you can probably configure an automation that plays a sound on HomePods when you open the door.
You can import custom mp3 file into Apple Music (on your computer) and after a few minutes it should synchronize with your account. Then you can create an Apple Home scene that plays audio on HomePods. You can choose sound volume while configuring the scene. Then you just need an automation that activates this scene when someone opens the door.
Merci pour cette réponse mais je n’ai pas de homepod mais une apple TV pour ma config homekit.
I’m thinking of some creative and cheap ways to implement some kind of an alarm
- I don’t have an Apple TV, but you could check if it’s able to play sound from some other speaker (like an audio system/soundbar or bluetooth speaker)
- the most simple solution is to buy M3 hub or something else, the M3 is quite loud,
- other solution I think of require some technical knowledge, for example: you could use a Raspberry Pi and connect a speaker to it. You could program the Raspberry Pi to play sound automatically on boot and then just use an Aqara Smart Plug to turn it on/off
