I tried to create a new automatization (Hub m3 with new firmware 4.3.8), but it runs on the cloud. Why so ?

Well, update m3 to the latest firmware solved the problem. But Aqara support team reaction might be better at this forum.
For local automations to run, the firmware needs to be at least version 4.3.8. Great to hear that support was able to help you!
as you can see, i noticed, that fw 4.3.8 not able to run local automations, But 4.3.9 solved the problem.
