Hey everyone, I’m reaching out because I’ve encountered a puzzling issue with my smart alarm system. Whenever the alarm is in ‘Armed Away’ or ‘Armed Stay’ mode and an event like motion detection or an open exterior door triggers it, the system automatically triggers the ‘I’m back’ action. This is unexpected and a bit concerning. I haven’t made any recent changes to my setup, so I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this or might know why it’s happening. I can provide screenshots of my settings if needed. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
