Hey everyone, I’ve been having a bit of trouble with my D200i smart door lock. It’s supposed to auto-unlock when it detects my face as I approach, but lately, it just won’t trigger unless I manually activate it. It’s a bit frustrating because I was really looking forward to the convenience of hands-free access.
I’ve tried going through all the settings to see if anything might be off. The facial recognition is set to automatic, sensitivity is high, and the dormant duration is at 0s. I’ve also updated the firmware, cleaned the camera and sensors, and even re-registered my face. Nothing seems to be working. It’s like the lock doesn’t even notice I’m there until I manually wake it up.
