Smart eu plug consumption data disappeared

I am on the latest aqara home app version and latest firmware. All of a sudden all smar eu plug historical consumption data have disappeared. Is this a i known issue? Are there recommendations to restore/fix? Thanks

Hello, welcome to the forum. Show a screenshot of the power consumption analytics you described that is not working.

Since Aqara stores all historical consumption data in the cloud and not on the device itself it is very unlikely that your data is actually gone and it is much more likely just a sync issue between the app and their servers. You should try logging out of the app and clearing the app cache in your phone settings before logging back in because this forces the app to re-fetch all your records directly from the cloud and usually fixes these kinds of glitches. If the data still doesn’t show up after a fresh login then it is probably a temporary server-side problem on Aqara’s end and you might just have to wait a bit.

Yeah, it’s appeared for a few others as well. Often it’s just an app/firmware sync issue, and the data isn’t actually gone. Log out of/in again, restart the hub, re-sync, and if not that, hopefully it resolves itself with the next update.
