Smart Home Automation Setup Tips & Tricks

Hey everyone, I’m diving into the world of smart home automation and wanted to share some of my experiences and tips so far. :rocket:

I recently set up a Raspberry Pi 4 with a Zigbee dongle and a few Sonoff Wi-Fi switches. One thing I’ve learned is the importance of placement to avoid interference. I’ve heard that keeping devices a certain distance apart can help, but I’m still a bit fuzzy on the exact numbers or best practices. If anyone has tips on grouping devices without interference, I’d love to hear them! :bulb:

Another thing I’m curious about is integrating multiple brands. I have a mix of Govee lights and Sonoff switches, and while they work individually, I’m looking for ways to make them work seamlessly together in scenes or automations. Any advice on achieving this would be amazing! :star2:

On a lighter note, I stumbled upon this awesome feature where my lights change colors based on my music playlist. It’s such a fun way to enhance my entertainment setup. If anyone has similar hacks or ideas, I’m all ears! :headphones::sparkles:

Let me know if you’ve tackled similar challenges or have any must-try integrations. Happy automating! :tada:
