I’ve been really enjoying experimenting with my smart lighting setup, especially with the ability to customize colors. One thing I noticed was that while the default color presets are great, having the freedom to set custom colors really brings the whole experience to the next level. Here’s a quick tip on how I managed to add custom colors to my setup:
First, I made sure all my lights were properly paired with the Smart Lightning app. Once everything was connected, I explored the app’s settings to find the color customization option. It was a bit hidden, but once I found it, it was straightforward!
I decided to create a few custom scenes for different times of the day. For instance, I set a warm amber tone for evenings to create a cozy atmosphere and a cool blue shade for late-night reading to reduce eye strain. The app even allowed me to save these custom colors so I can switch between them with just a tap.
One thing I’d recommend is testing out different color combinations gradually. It’s easy to get overwhelmed with too many options, but starting with a few key colors and building from there makes the process much more enjoyable.
If anyone has tips or tricks for customizing their smart lighting setup, I’d love to hear them! Let’s share our experiences and maybe even inspire each other to try something new. Happy lighting! ![]()
