After extensive research and discussions, I found the Wemo 3-Way Light Switch to be a fantastic solution, offering seamless control via the Wemo app and compatibility with popular voice assistants like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. However, I faced challenges in ensuring fail-safes, especially during power outages or system malfunctions. I discovered that integrating traditional dimmers with Z-Wave networks provided a robust fallback, ensuring lights could still be manually controlled if the smart system failed.
