Smart lock 100u code won’t connect, won’t connect manually or searching device or set button. Bought when it was $280 and now they are a lot cheaper. Such a waste of money.
Hi! I also have the Aqara U100 and personally haven’t had any issues with connecting it; whether by scanning the setup code or searching for the device.
To better understand what’s happening on your end:
- At which exact step does it stop working?
- Are you using the Aqara Home app, and is it updated to the latest version?
- Does the lock enter pairing mode when you press and hold the SET button? (You should see the indicator start blinking.)
Sometimes a full reset helps: holding the SET button for about 10 seconds until you hear the reset confirmation ( after the confirmation)
