I have a U200 Smart Lock that I’m using with HomeKit Home Key. It works great for me with my iPhone and Apple Watch, but no one else is able to unlock with theirs. How do I fix this? I’ve tried removing and re-adding them to the Home in HomeKit.

Good afternoon @dianne_dawn @dianne_dawn you need to go to HK, add users to your home and give them permission in the lock settings in HK and they will be able to use Homekey on their devices.

They’re a resident in HomeKit, so automatically have access. It says “Residents of this home are allowed to unlock all locks using the Home app, Siri, access codes, or with the home key in Wallet”

They should log into HK and they should be prompted to add the Homekey card to Wallet

is this possible without HK access? just temporary?

No , a temporary password will help you
