Smart Switch (non-Matter WXKG11LM) with Google Home

I’ve got a non-matter smart switch and I want to expose this to my Google Home setup so I can use single press, double press and long press functions. However, when I try to access the smart switch from Google Home it advises that this device is not yet supported. When I am in the acquirer home app and I’m trying to create scenes for single double and long press I don’t have any other options to select. Is there a manual or a guide showing me how I can do this? I’ve tried to find some information on the internet but there is nothing that’s available.

@dbnba2k I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble getting the single press, double press, and long press functions to work with your non-matter smart switch and Google Home. Unfortunately, based on the reference information I have, there isn’t a specific manual or guide available on how to do this.

However, I encourage you to collaborate with the community here. Others might have faced similar issues and could potentially share their experiences or workarounds.

If you have any suggestions or ideas for improvement, you can submit manual customer service feedback. Please contact Customer Service Team by Aqara Home App (Profile>Help&Feedback>Customer Service) or scanning the QR code:

, which will be efficient; If no Aqara Home account, direct to "Please click here " to create a ticket.

I hope we can find a solution together!

Unfortunately, this is not supported by Google yet.

But if single, double and long press are not supported … Can just a single press alone be supported? I read that a scene needs to be created in the Aqara Home app, and then an automation is linked to that scene? I don’t know how to create scenes or automations properly in the Aqara Home app … It’s more complicated than I thought :disappointed_relieved::face_holding_back_tears:
