I’ve been diving into the world of smart thermostats lately, and I must say, it’s been quite an adventure! After researching the most popular options like Nest and Ecobee, I was disappointed to find out that my LG HVAC system isn’t compatible with these devices. My system is a wired HVAC setup with only 3 wires, and unfortunately, infrared (IR) remote solutions don’t work for me either.
I’ve scoured the internet for alternatives, but it’s been a bit of a challenge. Has anyone out there successfully integrated a smart thermostat with a wired HVAC system like mine? I’d love to hear your recommendations and any tips you might have for making this work.
