Hello everyone, I’ve recently purchased three SmartThings smart plugs (IM6001) and I’m having trouble getting them to connect to my hub. They’re placed just 30 cm away from the hub, and when I insert them into the sockets, they flash blue twice but nothing happens in the app. I’ve tried resetting them by holding down the on/off button, but I’m not sure if it worked since they only flash blue. I’m using the SmartThings hub v3 with firmware version 2.3.3-2. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated. I’m really looking forward to getting these plugs up and running!
