Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with the SmartThings Presence Sensor (V1 Original). After migrating from the V1 Hub to the V2 Hub, I noticed that my presence sensor stopped working entirely. Despite multiple attempts to reset and repair the sensor, the SmartThings Hub couldn’t detect or pair it. I even tried ordering a brand new V1 sensor from eBay, but it still didn’t work.
