Solar-Powered Outdoor Lighting and Camera Audio Quality

Hi everyone! I wanted to share my recent experience with setting up solar-powered outdoor lighting and my thoughts on the new Blink cameras.

First off, I’ve been working on a project to power my Blink Outdoor 3 cameras and spotlights using solar panels. While the idea of going solar is fantastic, I’ve run into a bit of a snag. My solar panel only supports one device at a time, and finding a reliable multi-connection setup has been a challenge. I’ve tried a few solutions, but nothing seems to work seamlessly. If anyone has tips or recommendations, I’d be grateful!

Now, onto the Blink cameras. I recently upgraded from my first-generation units, which I’ve had for seven years. While I was excited about the new features, I’ve been disappointed by the audio quality. Conversations that were crystal clear before now sound distorted and tinny. I’ve tried adjusting settings and ensuring the placement is optimal, but the issue persists. It’s a real shame because the video quality is excellent. I’m hoping there’s a fix out there—I’d really like to make this work without having to return them.

On a more positive note, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with my Govee smart lights. They’ve transformed my outdoor spaces, and the color customization options are amazing. It’s been a joy seeing how they adapt to different occasions and weather conditions.

I’d love to hear from others who have tackled similar projects or have insights into improving camera audio. Let’s keep the conversation going! :star2:
