Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience with the Wyze Pan Cam’s pink tint and flash issue. I noticed this problem after a software update a few months ago, and it was quite frustrating. The pink flashes made it hard to rely on my cameras for security.
After some research, I found that many others were experiencing the same issue. I reached out to Wyze support, and while the process was a bit slow, they were helpful in the end. They provided a firmware update that addressed the problem.
Here’s what I did:
- Checked for updates in the Wyze app.
- Updated the firmware on my cameras.
- Restarted the cameras to ensure the update took effect.
Since then, the pink tint and flashes have disappeared, and the video quality is back to normal. It’s a relief to have my cameras working properly again!
