The G4 doorbell we released in 2023. The software framework of it is relatively old, and we have basically stopped firmware iteration. We cannot guarantee that it can continue to support other new Aqara panels that will be launched later. When the W200 was launched, we made it clear that only G410 and G400 were associated and adapted. If you have recently purchased the G4 doorbell, you can contact the seller to exchange it for G410 to meet your needs.
