This morning when I woke up I have seen this error on aqara home app but the weird part is that when I press it there is nothing regarding the error o refreshed the app and still nothing that error doesn’t disappear.my be someone have an clue regarding this issue and can help me make it disappear
Well looks like it disappeared but I still do not know why that error appeared weird thing

So did you get what you needed?as I give permission to aqara support to look into the issue also told them about the notifications that if I close them from my watch or my lock screen they still shows as unread on aqara home app
By the way I got answer from Aqara support telling me that my M3 hub have poor internet connection but in fact all the Aqara devices that I have does show lower signal intensity even if they are into same room with my router compared with the rest of smart home devices I have witch they have full signal even on the other room.i have send screenshots to aqara support to see that my Apple TV 4K that is near to my M3 hub have full signal compared with M3 witch is on 50% signal.who knows my be there is an issue with the Aqara home app or with the lates updates for their hubs and I mean all hubs not just M3 as I have M1S 2gen I have Camera G3 also E1 tuning on china server and all of them shows lower intensity signal compared with for example meross devices witch I also have
they always trying to use poor connection even if rssi is minus 20 xd
Ok but then why the aqara support said that my M3 have poor connection if is on -50?what this have to do with the error I had and showed on this post?that error appeared after 30min without internet connection as I have try to replace my main router from Vodafone and once I connected back my internet and all devices were connected that error appeared but there was no device there
Well looks like Aqara just say restart your device:rofl:![]()
that I already did and it disappeared still they didn’t find or know why there is no device there.i hope to not get that in the future
