Happy Halloween everyone! I love this time of year to get creative with my smart home setup. This year, I decided to use my Govee lights to create a spooky yet festive atmosphere. I’ve been experimenting with different color schemes and effects to really bring the Halloween spirit to life!
I started by setting up a pumpkin light display using Govee strip lights. By programming them to shift between orange, black, and purple hues, I created a dynamic effect that mimics flickering candlelight. It’s surprisingly easy to achieve with the Govee app’s preset templates, and the result is absolutely magical!
For the outdoor decorations, I used Govee’s music sync feature to create an eerie light show that pulses in time with spooky Halloween tunes. I’ve paired this with some fog machines and spider webs to really set the mood. The best part? I can control everything from my phone, even while entertaining guests!
