Hi everyone! I’m trying to set up a morning wake-up routine that combines Spotify music with a gradual increase in my smart lamp’s brightness. The setup works perfectly for the first part—Spotify plays the selected song for three minutes, and the lamp brightens up as it should. However, after the music stops, I want Alexa to provide me with the weather forecast and my daily schedule. Unfortunately, this second part isn’t happening as expected.
I’ve tried reordering the commands in the routine, placing the Spotify playback at different points, but it always ends up being the last action Alexa performs. It’s frustrating because this seems like a common use case, and I can’t be the only one facing this issue. Has anyone else encountered this problem or found a workaround? I’m really hoping to get this routine working smoothly to start my mornings off right!
